Attending a Teach-In on Racial Justice

Members of the Black Student Union of Kent State University - Stark held a Teach-In on Racial Justice event on July 18, 2020.  The students focused on providing detailed information on social injustice topics including, but not limited to, police brutality, unfair labor practices in healthcare, and health disparities by race.  Bros. Sean Strong, Jamar Fleming, Skyler Parks, and Rikwon Moore attended this event to join the conversation and assist with voter registration and education.

Bro. Sean Strong, as the Voter Registration, Education, and Mobilization Committee Chair, has continued to be an advocate of more community involvement to help spread awareness about voting.
